30 Park Place

30 Park Place (143)

With its 82 floors rising 282 metres in height, 30 Park Place is an elegant skyscraper which was crowned in 2015 and concluded in 2016. This residential building is also known as 99 Church Street for its location next to the famous Woolworth Building, and some people even call it the Four Seasons building, due to the famous hotel it hosts on its first floors, which also manages the apartments on the upper floors.

30 Park Place has been designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects, a firm which is known for designing museums, universities, the Presidential Library and several skyscrapers in New York. It is a tower that redefines Manhattan's skyline, whereas its sleek and slender limestone structure contrasts with the glazed buildings, such as the One World Trade Center. On its first 22 floors, it hosts a hotel and, above, exclusive apartments. Also noteworthy are the fully detached apartments on the upper floors with private terraces and views that are both beautiful and stunning.

Obviously, unless you are staying at the hotel, live in one of the apartments or a good friend has invited you, it will be impossible for you to access this building, which also offers a heated indoor pool and a ballroom for residents, among many other luxury and design details.
